I am moving out of an apartment with a roommate and into a one bedroom, but the problem with this is I am a little tight on cash, (I cant just run out and buy all new stylish living room furniture and decor).So I was thinking about what I had to work with, and my boyfriend has this pretty good size dark wood coffee table. The coffee table part is great but most of my forniture is Black&Silver.I am completely clueless and inexperienced at how to Refinish a finished wood coffee table and make it look good and not chip. If anyone could give me some tips or a detailed process on how to do it that would make my day(and my living room:))Please!?
heavy sofa and chair in med brown leather curio clock is beige desk is beige hardwood floors are light oak.Room is small 12×18 chair rail around the room drywall on top and paneling on the bottom.Not much light in the room
I want it to be calming, and rich. I am going to have a dark brown leather chair in it with dark brown bookcases.

My computer is in a large second floor bedroom. It’s the guest bedroom. There are couches, books, and a bathroom.
It sits on a drawing table, surrounded by some pens and papers,and CD’s. I have a phone and a TV, and VCR, and CD players, a DVD Player, a receiver, and tape player and all kinds of music! It’s very comfortable up here, away from everyone else! I leave this room, just to run downstairs and get some snacks!!! ( just kidding…..I work all day!)
