I need help with a desk and bookshelf?

Okay, so I recently got a job, and I decided that I really want a new bookshelf, because mine is too small and makes it hard to get to books, and a new desk, because mine is very rickety. I was looking for a very sturdy, thick, dark type of bookshelf and desk, ones that will last me a long time and will not fall apart. I have a ton of books and plan to keep on adding, and I would like a desk I can actually write on. any suggestions or links would be greatly appreciated.

When you say you want something that is wood and want it to last Broyhill should be the first thing thaat comes to your mind. My grandmother has a Broyhill kitchen table and chairs that are nearly 30 years old. They have been used every single day, and they still look like new. So, I posted a link to one of Broyhill’s pages for book shelves. I personally liked the Casa Grande.
