Someone once told me that they both produce very flat notes. A raven sings quite flatly, to tell the truth, while a paper note that you might give to someone, well, what is thinner than paper (Ok, don’t answer…)? Also, they are never turned the wrong way front, apparently, and well, a raven backwards is “nevar”, which is almost the same as “never”, while a desk is frankly useless when turned the wrong way.
Both have inky quills, and another (rather silly xD) answer is that there is a “B” in “b”oth and an N in “n”either.

They both have quills.
The raven has them as feathers and the writing desk has them as writing instruments to be placed in an inkwell.
It’s from Alice in Wonderland, right? I loved it when he said that. I don’t think there is an answer to it at all. It means nothing.
